To cover our own risks, we do have every customer sign a form similar to the one below if they do not get the extended warranty protection on their purchase.

All items will be tested and inspected by the customer in our showroom for as long as the customer desires to ensure the item(s) they are interested in are to their satisfaction. Since most of our items are tested before the sale occurs, we do not advertise any of our items as brand new. One of the reasons we are able to keep our prices low is the fact that Best Deal In Town does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds. Best Deal In Town does not offer, imply, or suggest any warranty is offered through our company directly. The customer may be able to buy an extended warranty on their purchase to increase their protection. The customer should understand that the product they are purchasing may or may not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer does honor a warranty on the product(s) purchased, the accompanying receipt will serve as the proof of purchase. The customer accepts any risk(s) associated with their purchase and Best Deal In Town is relieved of any responsibilities on the product(s) as soon as the sale occurs.
